School Trips/Group Bookings

Due to Covid-19 we are not booking school trips and group bookings during this time. Thank you for your understanding!

Educational School Trips


We recommend that you call early to book your preferred date and time. 

  • Time Slots  - (10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.) or (12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.)

  •  School group will be based on a minimum of 50 students – maximum 250 students. 

  • Staff and Supervisors are free and are not included in the min. and max.

  • Additional parents wishing to come separately from the group will pay General Admission

   -  School Trip Packages range from $10.00 - $11.00+ HST per student for a 90 min. educational experience .


Basic School Trip - $10.00 + HST Includes:

  • 15 to 20 min. interactive educational talk (Farmers and Life Cycle of An Apple) Specialized programs available upon request

  • Private Wagon Ride

  • Apple Picking (two apples in season)

  • $11.00 package allows students to pick 4 apples in season

  • Play Time (corn bin, hay jump, corn maze, ponies/horse paddock)

  • Picnic Tables with umbrellas for snacks/lunch

  • Staff and Supervisors are asked to monitor students at all times

  • Special requests and customized program available

  • 48 hrs. notice must be given prior to cancellation for full deposit refund

Group Bookings


The Apple Orchard welcomes a variety of Group Bookings including but not limited to:   Tour Groups, Day Cares, Group Homes, Corporate Groups etc


  • Groups must notify The Apple Orchard a minimum of 48 hrs. prior to arrival.

  • Cost per person is General Admission (excludes Tues. and Wed.)

  • Educational Tour can be added at an additional cost

  • Custom Group bookings
